i just wanted to thank wes for his great
customer service.
i had an issue with my x10 order the cm19a
was D.O.A. and after talking to csr's the
past two days with no success. i just called
and got this guy wes and he took care of it.
with no problems.this is the kind of service
every customer should be getting and that is
100% respect and he surpasses that.
so if you want great service i would start
asking for this guy.
great job. and no i do not work for x10. nor
am i brown nosing for points.
i just think we should tell it like it is.
when we can.
we the customer is what keeps this company
in bussiness, and therefor we need to have
good service and they should bend to our
needs. and this guy did just that.
