Powerhorn not working

Does anyone know why my powerhorn only
sounds when i have it plugged into a
certain outlet.  It will not work in any
other outlet, plus the controller has to be
plugged into that outlet as well.

You have to have the same wiring connecting
the outlets.  If you hook into any
extension cords or plugs it wont carry the
signal.  You may have a two phase system
try pluging you base unit into a different
outlet.
