You can connect two magnet switches in
series an place each of them for the two
windows.

Radio shack carries X-10 products (albeit at
a much higher price than this web-site).
They carry the reed switch/magnet pairs that
you need.

If you are still interested, You can buy the
Alarm Switches at
www.allelectronics.com
They have SPDT switches that will work as
Normally Open or Normally Closed.
CAT# MS-7 $3.50 each
