powerhorn ph508 and psc01
« on: October 21, 2004, 07:53:30 AM »

I hooked the PSC01 into my alarm system Bell
output (~12 Vdc when active).  I set the
switches to Input A, Mode 3, and code E13.  I
set up a Lamp module plm03 to E13 and it
comes on ok when the alarm activates and
turns off when the alarm is reset.  I also
set the powerhorn ph508 to E13 but it does
not respone.  why?

I solved the problem (I read the
instructions)!  The powerhorn requires a
special signal from an x10 security system.
Or it can accept a series of on and off
commands.  Set the psc01 to Mode 2 and it
outputs the needed signal.
