Neighbor Use of X10 System Causing Conflicts

I have DS700 system and so does my neighbor
accross the alley. They thought they would
go crazy installing their system and it
kept going off. It suddenly occurred to me
it was happening when I opened my garage
door which was on a separate console and in
my kitchen. When they installed their
system it kept reading my garaqe
door/window sensors so when ever I would
open my garage their alarm would go off. We
tried several times to reinstall BOTH
systems, but still have conflicts. They are
not set on same house/numeric code.
