ds7000is not dailing

i bought a new ds7000 did every step of the configuration
but the console does not dail when i have an alarm i am
living in tahiti french polynesia  does the consoleds7000
work with every phone standart

Johnson, when you programmed the telephone
numbers in the dialer did you have the
switch set to INSTALL?  If you did, did each
digit you press get acknowledged by a tone?
The confirmation tone lets you know that you
have the switch in INSTALL not RUN1 or 2.
Also, check the lines/cables/splitter...if
you plug a regular telephone into the line
you are using for the console do you get
dialtone?  Finally, the console does not
dial out when you press PANIC or use the
PANIC mode.  So don't use the PANIC mode to
simulate an alarm.  Note, the console does
not work with business lines RJ32 (?) that
have six wire connectors and power in those
wires. Welll...that's all I can think
