What's up with your tech support? I called
and spent 15 minutes on hold. That wouldn't
be a problem, but then someone from Order
Support picked up. Of course, she couldn't
help me, I NEEDED TECH SUPPORT!!! So she
transferred me back into the tech support
queue for another round of holding.
