Hello
I am using the ws13a to control some
flourecsent lights  and the ws14a at other
location to control the same lights.  The
ws13a seems to be working fine off and on.
the ws14a only truns the light off not on.

Any idea

Maybe wired incorrectly so the AC the ws14a
sends back on the traveler wire is only
there when it is in the on position.
