'Edit... Undo' on Action Bar

I wish for an "Undo" action under "Edit" that
simply removes the last change made to any
value, regardless of what that value was
(where possible).  Since the Timer dialogs
aren't separate windows, they cannot be
assigned their own Undo function, and
therefore one up at the top Action Bar for
the general application would have to suffice.
