Expand Monitored House Code to all 16 codes.

Expand the local storage in the CM15A to
save the current state of all 16 house
codes.  With the expanded memory (1K to 8K)
it is now possible to control multiple
house codes without running out of memory.
It shouldn't take more than 64 bytes of
memory to store the three states (off, on,
and dim) for all 256 module codes.
