As a workaround to some of the CM15A
reliability issues, in AHP, allow users to
auto reload the CM15A at a specified time.

The CM15A could appear as another module
(the CM15A module!) with the 'ON' event
being the equivalent of the 'Download Timers
and Macros' function.

This, of course, would only benefit people
that had the CM15A permanently connected to
their PCs.
