Multiview software

Has anyone experienced problems with
multiview software for x10 cams?  I can't
get it to run properly on client machine.
Keep getting error "Could not connect
capture pin"  and will not display any
images of cameras in the software program.
Please any help on this one?

YOU COULD BE SHARING FILES WITH OTHER USERS
AND MAY BE RUNNING ON A DIFFERENT PORT

Thanks BACA.  I did download the software
and actually re-installed it several
times.  There is only one system so no
files are being shared. I've also tried
using a USB connection.  Still no luck.
The computer has only one serial port so I
know that no other ports are being used.
This is a real puzzler! Still stuck.
