Lights do not go on as programmed

I have Active Home Professional.  The lights I have programmed sometimes do not go on as programmed.  Checking the program in the master module shows everything as it should be but lights are on when they should be off and off when they should be on.  Any ideas?

If you have a line of light commands right after another, try separating them with a delay of 0 sec. It does slow it down but seems reliable.
