AHP Help Doesn't Work

The Help pulldown shows 'Contents' but nothing happens when selecting it. It simply goes away.  Pressing F1, a typical Windows method of launching Help does nothing.  The chm files are in the same directory as the program.  Repeated installs do not enable the 'Help' file. 

My IE browser works fine.  I've tried with IE open and closed.

I believe you have a failed installation of AHP.  Back up your .ahx files and uninstall AHP.  When the uninstall is finished., delete the Active Home Pro folder and anything in it, then find the X10 folder under C:\Program Files\Common Files. Delete that folder also.

Reboot.

Reinstall AHP.  When the install is complete, copy the backed up .ahx files back to the Active Home Pro folder and you're good to go.
