After installing AHP, MyHouse and iWitness (in that order) on an XP machine, the functions work properly but I cannot set preferences for any of the video tabs.  Clicking on a video tab causes a program fault and AHP closes.  No other AHP software has ever been installed on this machine.

- A check of the drivers reveals the correct files are installed (not Intel)
- Re-installing did not solve the problem.  In one case, the video tabs started working, but the network tabs then started crashing the program
- Suggestions from similar threads were accomplished with no results

OS:  Windows XP (Build 2600.xpsp_sp2_gdr.050301-1519 : Service Pack 2)
AHP: v3.203
MyHouse: v3.203
iWitness: v3.203
Video Card: RADEON X600 256MB HyperMemory

If anyone knows of a recent resolution to this problem, please let me know.

Problem solved by an update.  Consult with X10 Customer Support to ensure the correct update is obtained.
