Can anyone help me! X10 technical support is useless. Activehome Pro will not install. I get error code 26 "cannot communicate on network server". I diabled my firewall and antivirus software still get same error. I'm connected directly to the internet (cable) and can surf the web etc. but can't load software. Iwitness and Smartmacros is doing the same thing. The same software was installed on a desktop computer no problems, but will not load on my laptop. any help would be apprciated.
