Whatever you do, DO NOT send the possible problem to Microsoft. They will not do anything  in reference to it.

Try a full reboot, then when Windows has fully loaded and your desktop is visible, open AHP.  Everyhting should work properly.

There should be a little link for more details. Can you click on that and post what information is in there? It should have module name, veresion number, location, etc.

Actually, that Windows message gives no additional infromation if you click on "Debug".  It's usually some kind of Windows memory allocation conflict, where it loads an executble over memory space occupied by another program. Regardless of how much RAM and swap/page file you have, Windows still screws up every once in a while.. The good thing about XP is fewer Blue Screen of Deaths, a memory of 9x.  XP just gives those mostly useless messages.

The good old "three finger salute" still clears up a lot of memory problems.  :)

We need to know to be able to help you:

Your PC model, total amount of RAM, type of video and video memory, total hard drive size and available size, O/S and size of page/swap file, type of monitor.

The O/S and RAM are the most important. The less RAM you have, the harder to run multiple programs.

One other thing. Is your AHP just the base progam, or do you have all the software add-ons?
