Round 2 of camera project vs. chris
« on: June 28, 2006, 05:34:47 AM »

:( I just found out its going to cost another 280 bucks to get my 380 dollar 3 cam pc monitoring activehome pro kit to work. My advise to anyone new interested in purchasing a new camera set up is to clearly state your objective or goal for your end result to your customer service rep. All people i talked to are great im sure. I just needed to more clearly state my needs to the rep on the phone. Enough rambling, just wanted to throw my 2 cents in. My system so far includes, if anyone is remotely curious:
ActiveHomePro with every add on >:(
USB interface cdm15a ?
USB Capture thingy ??11A? (you know the one that locks up your XP)
4 x10 wireless cams ( 1 of each, I think)
4x eagle eye motion detectors
this was all on my original order. Todays order:
mace quad processor $120  >:( so I can see all live action at once and record simotaniously

Also.
Only One camera can be on at a time. As they interfere with each other if more than one is transmitting at the same time.
