i wanna be able for the all rooms in my house to turn the lights on motion and off once theres no motion what do i need? i'd like the cheapest option i dont need the whole house hooked up just baths and halls

You make seemingly conflicting statements.  First you say "all the rooms in my house", then you say "just baths and halls".  Please clarify.
