OnAlert plug in

Does anyone buy this plug it yet? I've bought it last Thur and couldn't download it. Error message "a newer version of this installation is on the server, please re-download it" and then exited the installation process. Have sent email to X10 support but got my question resent it back to me without a word from one of of tech support! Have checked the X10 download web page but no OnAlert plug in available. Any one know where to download it?

I bought it and got the same message.  I informed support and they immediately sent me a new link.

I got the same message. Called the "24/7" number on the download page. The recording said they are are open 8 to 5 Monday through Friday. I e-mailed them 3 hours ago. Have not heard from them yet.

Ok, I found the 24 hour chat. They sent me the new file. Its up and running now.

I would love to find the 24 Hour Chat.  I have the same trouble.

I found the 24 hour chat its on the support page but they were not able to help.
I have to wait till Monday.
If anyone has the zip file of it please email to ajleduc@@msn.com
I have a registration code would really like to get it up and running before work week  and having to wait until next weekend.
