HI all,
I have searched and read through countless posts and could not find my problem. So here goes. This is one of a few problems I'm having but I'm still looking for answers on previous posts for the others.

I'm using Active Home (1.42 version) my first question is I have a socket rocket on my back patio light and for a while it was fine now it no longer goes on or off via the computer (screen or interface) but it does go on and off via the remote (SH624) just fine. It was downloaded to the interface just like the others that work.

Here is the twist..the other various programed mod work fine from the interface or controlled form the remote

Did you add anything electronic on the same circuit the light with the Socket Rocket is on?  If a single module fails to work from Active Home or Active Home Pro, it's usually some kind of noise problem.
I don't SELL this stuff... BUT I sure do ENJOY using it!!!

I my have given the wrong information the light socket is LM 15A. I dont know if that makes a difference or not.

After reading the reply I checked and dont think there is anything new ..

but now Im even more puzzeled... I tried it again with the remote while the comp was on and the screen switch updated itself when I pushed the on and off button as well as the light going on and off.

I thought alright its getting the message..but when I tried it form the screen..nothing??????

So if the comp is getting the signal why is it not sending it?

The computer might be sending it and the signal may have gotten lost along the way to your back patio.

Set a module that is working to the same house code as the socket rocket.   If it turn on with the remote, then you can narrow down the problem to your powerline.

A Socket Rocket is an LM15A.

Try what vhoang suggested, BTW.
