I did many tests about a speed for CM15A, CM11A and TM751.
These values are exact .... +/- .033ms

I would like add another values to this list about w800, 1132x or others module that you have.
For this, I needing to use a Video Clip (format mpg or other) that you have to mount with your WebCam, Camcorder or digital Camera.
In this Clip, I must see light LED of the remote control as well as the light which is connected to the LM465

I have a software to define in MilliSecond a time between a led(red) on remote turn on and lamp connected to LM465 turn ON.

Each test listed was carried out with command B8-ON to turn ON a module LM465 setted to B8 !

My result are them:
