I found jpeterson API. Can I use CM11A Api for X10 240V/50Hz ?

That would be the CM12 that works with 240V/50Hz (I think) and I believe it's the exact same 'api'. BTW, I'm also keeping that link my another site ( http://www.linuxha.com/athome/common/x10_1_0_1.zip  ). The Comcast link could go away in the future if I get a better deal on DSL. I maintain both web pages. :-)

Can I develope this product with this API ?

I can only guess that the answer is yes in that I haven't used the file before. I have the source also, so if it needs updating someone can update it. I strongly suspect that the CM11 with the USB cable (and serial cable according to the advert) has the exact API as the CM11 in the US. If Active Home interfaces to it (it's in the kit) it matches.

I took a quick look at the file and it was origianlly written for the TINI processor, I don't think that will cause you a problem but it's good to know.

Can CM11E  ( 230Vac / 50Hz ) PC interface - serial port use together with  this API ?

I think the answer is yes. Like I said some work may be needed on the Java code as it was written for the TINI. I'm pretty sure it uses the rxtx java library. I'm not sure if that's included with Linux or not but you can get it.
