X10 Computer conection wont work in otherroom on the same phase?

My bad.  Misread your CR230 for a CR234 which is a CR134 with the added third phase choice and what I have on my split phase home.
DO NOT Disassemble your unit!

Any other ideas?? I still thank if the all on command works then an individual command should work?? Is there  anything inside my unit worth messing with??

I don't have any information on the CR230, but if the instructions don't have any options you can set. There probably aren't any.
You may want to try questions in more generic Automation sites.

If you still have the cap in the breaker box you may want to remove it and retest.
