Powerflash module
« on: December 04, 2006, 08:44:38 PM »

I need some clarification for the powerflash module.

Can it trigger a DS7000 system ?

Can we set it so it would be only trigger only on "away"

Thanks a lot !!!

The Powerflash module only sends signals over the power line, no RF.  As far as I know the DS7000 only receives RF.

Yesterday it worked.
Today it doesn't work.
X10 on Windows is like that.

If you want contact closure to trigger the security console, you can pick up a DS10A.

This will however trigger both in both arm mode.

I suppose you can have the Powerflash trigger a module to turn on a "warm" lamp in front of a MS10A.
Then you can set the contact closure for away.
