Reports and any web links are not working. I know it's some setting with Internet Explorer 7 but I have not had any luck so far with settings. Turning Popup Blocker Off does NOT solve the problem. Using Windows XP.

Several requests to X10 have gone unanswered!

Anybody?

What happens when you request the report?
Have you tried firefox ? http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/
If you click and nothing happens I wonder if you program file link has been changed.

I have another PC running Windows Server 2003 Standard and Internet Explorer 7. I have also installed AHP on this PC and everything - reports and AHP web links all work fine.

I have duplicated the Internet Explorer settings on the Server 2003 PC to my other PC running Windows XP. Todate, I have not been able to get the reports or web links to work with AHP on the XP machine.

When I click reports or any AHP web links, nothing happens - the HTML windows are not opening.

I am at work so I am not in front of my personal confuser  :D. In your AHP directory you should see some HTML files try those. If they are not there AHP may not have created these files. Did you install AHP in the default directory?? If you changed the install directory the link in the program may have not updated to reflect the changes.

The 3 HTML files are in the AHP folder under Program Files and I can open these. They get updated anytime I click a Report Menu Item. They just will not display directly from AHP

medvampire

Sorry about not getting back to you sooner. Did you use the default install directory?

Yes Steve.

I have noticed some other non-related programs doing the same thing, so it has to be some security setting(s) with my PC and not AHP.

Check your file associations with in windows.
From a file browsing window ... tools ... file types.
You should have htm...html..registered to your web browser.

File associations are all proper and have same settings as on the Windows Server 2003 PC.
