I can send commands from my computer to turn on and off and this works OK, but the lights will not dim. All functions work with  remotes, also no timed events occur. I have checked my house codes power-cycled interface and replaced batteries and disconnected a telephone interface control unit.

Did you click Tools > Download timers and macros ?

• what is your timer suppose to do?
  
  
• is your timer triggering a module or macro?
  
  
• what is the module you are trying to dim?

Timer is programed to turn on, dim and turn off lamp modules.
It will not dim from the mouse, but will dim from the remote units.

There are a lot of questions that can be asked here.... so if you could post a screenshot of the timer, that would help ask the right questions.

...how many different timed events have you tried?

Is your PC time correct?
Is the CM15A time & location set correctly?

It will not dim from the mouse, but will dim from the remote units.

Very strange.... when you dim & brighten from the remote do you see the light module's dimmer moving up & down AHP? What happens when you try to move the dimmer with the mouse?

I see no changes on the computer screen icons while changes are being made with a remote.

I don't know how to do a screen shot!   Both the time on the CM15 and the computer are correct as far as I can tell!

Yes, the CM15 is connected by a USB.

Some Guesses:

Make sure your timer has the store in interface box checked.

Make sure you selected a dimmable lamp module in AHP.

Repeat: What happens when you try to move the dimmer with the mouse?

That does help... thanks. 

However, what I see looks good... as long as you are in the pacific time-zone.

-You do have them Enabled.
-I really don't know what the Repeat function does(?)... I don't use it and my timers work fine.

Only thing I can't tell about your timers is if they are stored in your Interface(?)

If you are running AHP and the CM15A is connected, you should be seeing the dimmer slider on the module (not the timer) moving when you dim with the remote.

Just looking at the thread again... in your first post you said this:

What is this?

I have a home automation phone interface unit that I can call my house to turn on or off lights or appliances.  this is disconnected now. Some of the times are close because I was attempting to get a unit to work.
Yes this is a morning switch  and I am in the Pacific time zone.

I suggest you test the basic operation of AHP and the CM15A by starting with a new file and defining only a single timer with fixed (i.e., non-Dawn/Dusk) times.  See how that works.
