From the brief description of your problem, it sounds like a phase issue.

Normally AHP sends PLC signals to modules. It will send RF signals to a Transceiver, as well you can use macros to send both PLC & RF.

For more help, you will need to provide more details.... part numbers of the Transceiver as well as the "all units" that AHP is having problems with and are they on the same electrical circuit or phase as the Transceiver.

If AHP is configured correctly it will send the desired command!
As Puck stated Please supply more details! ;) :D
We'll then be able to be more specific with our answers!

You could configure a macro to have it send both an RF and PLC signal, however if you setup a normal module in AHP it will only send a PLC signal.  As was stated earlier you probably have a phase or noise issue.  Even though you are in the same room, the modules you are trying to control with AHP may be in a different/noisy circuit, or on the other phase in the house all together.
