Occupancy Sensors
« on: January 09, 2007, 10:11:27 AM »

Can someone explain any real differences between the Hawkeye (MS13A), Eagle Eye (MS14A), and Active Eye (MS16A) sensors? I want to be able to control a series of lights with motion sensors and AHP OnAlert. I'd rather have white sensors indoors, but I want to make sure I get the right sensor for the job. Thanks!

Take a look at this tread; it will answer your question.

Which Motion Sensor do I need?

Gil is right. The hawkeyeII case isn't weather proof or have a screw on the battery compartment.

Of the two weather proof MDs, I think the "ON" delay for the MS14 is programable in steps, the MS16 uses a pot to set the delay, so is more linear.

The MS16 can actually be programmed both ways: Digitally & Linearly.
