All Off via remote??

Outside of using an A/V remote...   is there any way to get something like a remote switch or palmpad or any control remote to send an ALL OFF command wirelessly?

I realize this could be done with ActiveHome macro but I've had such poor luck with Active home...

thougths?

My UR74A Universal Remote has an ALL OFF button... but of course it's limited to the single house code it's programmed for.
