Radio Shack used to carry X10 products under the name of "Plug-N-Power". However RS is dumping X10. The local RS still has a fair assortment of Appliance, Lamp, and Wall Switch modules.Lowes and Home Depot also carried X10, but that could also be past tense.

I find the order turn-around from X10 is fairly quick.

The prices in a local retailer will not be close to when X10 has a deal like 4 for 1.
You may find the retail versions have different part numbers that start with an "R".

Hi Brian, I was just getting ready to write a similar forum question, say maybe you can address this are the Leviton Intellisense switches with the soft ramp up lighting compatible with AHP. I know they say they are x10 compatible but I still not sure if they will work with AHP. I especially like the soft start and the intellisense feature which I think dramatically increases there reliability, hope they will work.  Thanks!

Sorry Tom; I have little experience with Leviton products. I am sure others with them will chime in.
