Connection Failure

Since November my remote connection (600 miles) has worked fine.  Starting this past weekend, when MyHouse Online starts, a connection is made and then the status box displays "waiting for system" with my system ID.  I had experienced this periodically in the past but it cleared up.  Can anyone provide any guidance?

I use MyHouse daily, and for the past few weeks, there does seem to be a few times through the day that I cannot connect either. I have 2 separate set-ups on 2 separate computers at home so I'm certain this problem is at X10's end. Plus when I look at the MyHouse log at home, I can see the repeated "waiting xx seconds" messages.

With the distance you have, I suggest a reliable backup method like RealVNC (an awesome free program) or XP's Remote Desktop.
