oops my mistake, the status report IS correctly showing the status as "ON" for the module that I am using to trigger the other module to go on. still not working though.

For what its worth you have my sympathy.
I have many of the same problems that I have been struggling with for several days now.
Count your blessings  - at least you are getting responses from folks trying to help, They have apparently given up on my problems.
The smart macro software stinks in my opinion and should never have been marketed !!!
