AHP & WS467 Wall Switches Don't Agree on ON/OFF

Greetings,

Perhaps I should have started a new thread but this involves AHP and WS467.  What I'm seeing is AHP displaying a WS467 as being on (100%) when the associated light is physically not on.  This is sporadic and I have seen this at least 5 times within a few weeks.  Any ideas?

The WS467 is one-way only.  If a timer turns it on/off AHP's status will show correctly, but manual operation (press its push button) has no effect on AHP's status.
