As the first sentence in the body of the Constitution reserves all law-making ("legislative") authority to Congress, the courts have held that the First Amendment's terms also extend to the executive and judicial branches"
It might be suggested that the COs act as jurists in this forum.
I can understand why a company might want to prohibit negative messages about its products. Most people probably find this forum because their system is not working right, and their early posts may be driven out of frustration. Hopefully, as they gain more knowledge on how to solve their problems, they will also share that information with others.
