I have just set up a package with 4 cameras, all with motion sensors.  I have it set up where I can see all the cameras on my computer but I can't figure out how to get them to send photos/videos to my email when motion sensors pick up movement when we are out of the house.  Can someone help me out please?  Thank you.  Rich

I have 2 XCam2 Instant-On Cameras and 2 NightWatch Wireless Low-light B/W Video Cameras.  I have everything set up right (I think); just not sure how to set up to send to my email.  And don't know where to find the information (ftp server) to record so if my computer is stolen I still have the photos/video.

We can only guess as to how you'd do it, you need some sort of software!
Suppling the software name will allow a user to post a detailed walk through for you to be successful sending and connecting!

If you wish to upload files to a ftp server you'll most likely need an account or to be registered at least!
the free Xrayvision software will let you do this, as well as send e-mail if I remember correctly!

I have the Vanguard Control Center Software; I am not sure if that is the information you need.  Does that help?   ???

That will help!
How ever I'm unfamiliar with that software so I can't give you a walk through.
Possibly another user that has it working can post some helpful info for you! ;)
Maybe they'll even post a walk through! ;)
I don't think any of the other COs run this either, but it could be they have used it!

richmer8 : I tried to find some posts related to your situation and then I thought about the X10wiki there is a section for the Vanguard Control Center if you scroll down the help topics you'll find some info on connecting to the server as well as viewing remotely!
Hope you find that info Helpful ;) ;) ;)
