When I select my Vanguard camera, the pan and tilt function of the software work in reverse. But using the camera remote, it works fine. I also have other cameras mounted on ninja robotic mounts, and they work normally. One thing is that the vanguard camera is mounted upside down, but I have changed the settings to compensate, hence that is why it works properly with the actual remote. I have reset, turned off and back on the camera. The funny thing is after doing so, when attempting to pan and tilt, it tries to go in the correct direct at first for an instance, but then goes in the reverse direction. So why does it not work as promised?

Which software? Vanguard or Pan tilt pro?

If you use Pan tilt pro, right click on the cam picture, After video setting, property, and video tab, remove in bottom --->> the image mirror and click OK
