Eagle Eye Sensors and Vangaurd

I've programmed the motion sensor to begin recording when tripped, however, nothing I do will make it record inside vangaurd. I'll wave my hand in front of the sensor and watch the computer screen and it won't record. I have the setting for the motion sensors set to "on" and the motion sensor is set as Unit 1, along with the camera, so their settings are correct. Any ideas?

good question.  I hope someone who knows can answer this because I'm having the same difficulty.
