Do you have any X10 filters between the outlet and the surge strip with the computers? Both computers and surge strips can absorb X10 signals and computer power supplies also can make noise on the X10 powerline signals frequency.

NO filters. what are they in x10 purchase number.

There is a Plug-in Noise Filter - XPPF, good for isolating a computer, and  the 3-Wire Noise Filter - XPF  ,for isolating electrical appliances that generate noise pollution on the powerline and prevent X10 command signals from getting through to modules. This filter installs at the fixture or electrical panel. Rated at 20A.
