Sentinel question
« on: December 13, 2007, 12:25:15 PM »

Ok here's my situation:

If I push the right button on my remote, the camera pans right. Likewise for the left, up and down buttons work correctly. The corresponding buttons flash on the AHP interface. This is as it should be.

Here's my problem: If I click on the same right button in AHP that responded to the right button of the remote, the camera pans left. Likewise AHP's left button pans right and the up and down buttons are reversed also.

Any ideas as to why this is happening?

Sorry I can't help other then until you find a fix you could turn your monitor upside down.  ;D

So far how do you like the camera?

The default for the camera is upside down (as in the camera looking down through the bubble). Where as in the software it appears the default is ... as if the camera was setting on the black plastic base Looking up through the bubble).

Does clicking the button that says "mount" reverse the setting for you?
