Crash of TM751
« on: December 09, 2007, 11:55:29 AM »

Hello,

In my setup I have 6 TM751. 4 works perfectly. For 2 others, I have trouble with. They stop working once a week. I have to unplug and then reconnect. They begin to function normally until the next crash.

Know a way to resolve this problem?

The TM751 are located in a place ventillé. They feed lights 50 W or so.

Are they all on the same House Code?
Do they still Tranceive Remote Signals?
TM751 modules are not polite so they do tend to step on other X10 Powerline signals.

Hello,

For each TM751 I have a different code house.  I need to have TM751 because il want to use remote control (one for each room of my house).

Thanks.

Try swapping the problem ones with ones that work good to see if the problem stays with the circuit or moves with the TM751... don't forget to re-adjust the house codes of the moved units so your set up stays as is.

If the problem stays at those circuits, then you have a signal integrity issue that occurs once a week (laptop, cellphone charger, etc.)

If the problems follow the TM751, then most likey they are the problem.
