Timers an hour off

Seems people timers are firing an hour off
(started yesterday).

I hadn't plugged in since the MST switch.
Took the 3.199 download, then cleared and
reloaded the timer memory.

Don't know yet if the problem is still there.

I am new to x10 but my timers change by one hour. I set it up/clear interface mem. then download timers/disconnect from my computer and all works right on time till next morning when everything is hour off. I hook up to pc and check time in interface and its right. clear memory/download timers again and all is well till next morning and then it fires hour early..I have tried downloads on windows XP and vista and both do same thing. Called Rich at x10 support and discussed. He thinks CM15A is bad. I am going to let it run a few days to see if time changes everyday by one hour or if this is a one time change.

I welcome any thoughts/suggestions
