The other thought maybe turn off the CM15A for all codes and try a WGL V572A All House Code Tranceiver. Though it can be programed to do only some house codes.

As much fun as X10 is... it is the most fun when it is completely reliable. As you set-up grows in size your you'll be happy that you did things right.. from the beginning. The forums are a wealth of knowledge and useful information. Reading (and searching) here can be very helpful. But also feel free to post any questions or concerns.
