Blue Screen - Anaconda Wired Camera

Brand new... installed as directed and get blue screen. Not sure why...

Electrical wall outlet is live.  Plugged camera into TV video in RCA jacks. Connected camera, video connector and ac supply in order as recommended for installation.

Can't figure this out!!  Only blue screen....  I have wireless X10 camera and tested on same inputs... works fine.

Suggestions??

I think you camera could be broke. Is the lens missing or UN focused. IS all the connectors tight and the wire isn't slit anyware.
