WHY ARE THE SIGNALS FROM THIS SLIMLINE SWITCH NOT SEEN BY THE RF REAPETER

Repeater or Tranceiver?
What model number X10 module are you trying to receive the SS13A signals on?
The SS13A is not known for great sending distances. You may want to do a search here as others have extended their range with a passive radiator. basically a piece of wire across the top of the switch. 9" kind of sticks in my mind but others may have better information.
