Setting Up Active Home Pro on New Computer
« on: January 28, 2008, 09:27:12 PM »

I have installed Active Home Pro 3.204 on a new computer also running Windows XP; however it will not recognize my module.  I have entered the original activation code and the application says it is registered to me, but???

The software is installed, the problem is the CM15A!
Try removing the batteries unpluging the CM15A from the out let and USB port for a few mins! Then reconect everything!
If that doesn't work try another USB port! If your using an external USB try one located in the PC! ;)
