PalmPad won't activate applicance module

I have n Hr12A palm pad I am using to control a am486  appliance module. I can turn the appliance on and off from the computer, but when I use the remote, the computer reflects the change from on to off, but the appliance is still on. Batteries in palm are new and codes seem properly set. Please help.

If you are using the CM15A with AHP for your RF receiver. Did you set the House Code you are using to be tranceived? If it is not set the signal will only toggle on the screen but not be sent out on the power line to the module.
