Just purchesed AHP and am pulling my hair out.  I have 1 lamp switch working and one Wall switch working in my front room.  However, when I try to get either another lamp switch or wall switch working in adjacent bedrooms, nothing!   The wall in the front room and the two concerned bedroom are on the same breaker!  I've tried B,C,and D instead of A (A1,A2 work), but nothing!  Also, I thought the signals are sent through the AC wires...what's all the talk about the antenna range?

Thnx for any help

A common side effect!  :( ;)

Since the wall switch (you have working and the bedroom is on the same breaker the issue isn't a phase one but could be a wire run issue!
signal gets weaker the farther it has to travel You May need a booster!
Try another module in the bedroom or move the working one from the front room since you know it to be defect free!

The CM15A receives signals via Radio Frequency (RF) from wireless devices as well as powerline signals from others.
It is a problem with the RF that users refere to when talking about antenna range!

Occasionally lamp modules simply don't work - about 1 of the 10 I have purchased were defective.  Have you tried putting the module that you are having trouble with in the location of the module that is now working?  This would help to determine if the problem is with the electrical circuit (phase, distance, noise, etc...) or the module itself.  Make sure to set the house code correctly.

Good luck.
