Same here, mine has the PICO controller.   When you remove the module housing, you'll see where the electrical-box mounts were cut-off.  As I said these units were manufactured for Leviton, and when they dropped the contract, X10 re-packaged the wall-mount units into the module housings.  They basically give them away as bonuses when other purchases are made.
