Internet Software Connection Test Fails

I run the test and it keeps failing.  I have a wireless router connected to a cable modem. Any thoughts?

I now get through the test(still failing) but at least if finds the public and private ips and the translation works but no love on the connection

Try port forwarding on your router ports...

443
8080
8888
80

I have all of those forwarding still with no luck.  Is there a specific IP address I should enter?  I also have all of them set on the port triggering, should I?
